What is your Return Policy?

MyBirthdaySupplies Team strives to offer you high quality party supplies and trust that you will be pleased with your order. We would request you to carefully inspect your order, once you receive it. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return only an unopened, unused product along with a completed copy of our return form to:

Return unused within 7 days

Please return unopened, unused items in original packaging with all original tags intact within 7 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. If the items are accepted back in unused and original condition, it will take up to two billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your credit card.

Items that don't qualify for a refund

Not all products qualify, for refund e.g. candles, pinatas, balloons, edible items like candies, and personal care items. Due to the nature of these items all sales are considered final in these categories. Please place the order carefully.

If products purchased are part of an order placed using coupon or any special offer are returned then the offer/coupon code will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the offer/ coupon will no longer be applicable on the order.

Please note that you will be required to pay a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
